Why this exists
I spent years as a Customer Success Manager at an AI SaaS company, helping teams evaluate and adopt new tools. When I started looking for honest reviews of the tools I was recommending to clients, I kept hitting the same wall: most content is either vendor marketing or a listicle written by someone who spent 20 minutes on a free trial.
The questions I had never got answered. Does this actually work when the audio quality is bad? Does the free plan hit a wall on day one? Is the $25/month upgrade worth it, or is it a cash grab? I could not find a site that tested tools the way a real user would.
So I built it. Every review on this site is based on 2+ weeks of actual use in real workflows - client calls, daily meetings, content pipelines. No demos. No vendor screenshots.

How we choose what to test
We prioritize tools with significant search demand, active user bases, and clear use cases in the categories we cover. We do not chase every new product that launches.
